This is the smallest training area in the Ajinomoto National Training Center. Apermanent boxing ring is installed, while a makeshift boxing ring can be set up.The space for a makeshift boxing ring is furnished with mirrors to check form,etc. Driers for gloves and mitts are also installed to dry them quickly even whenboxers sweat. Blood and sweat of boxers in the past have seeped into the ring, which shows their hard training.
